Smooth and creamy organic white milk chocolate generously infused with Puglian lemon olive-oil. This fragrant bar is like falling into a lemon cream pudding on a warm Italian afternoon. The olive oil is made in a family mill where they stone-grind whole fresh organic lemons along with the olives at harvest time, resulting in a perfumed grass-green elixir which lifts this chocolate to new levels of deliciousness. This exceptional organic white milk chocolate mix is formulated using fine Trinitario cacao butter from cocoa gardens in the Yuna River Gardens in the Dominican Republic, and the rich milk of Swiss Brown cows that graze in small herds on lush mountain pastures. Handmade, designed and packaged in a micro chocolate factory in Edinburgh, Scotland. All packaging is plastic-free and made in the UK.
