This exceptional chocolate is formulated using rare Amelonado cocoa beans grown by a pioneering women’s cooperative in Eastern Congo. Handmade, designed and packaged in a micro chocolate factory in Edinburgh, Scotland. All packaging is plastic-free and made in the UK. Outer packaging is printed on FSC-certified card. Inner film is home and industrial compostable. Suitable for Vegans. Made by Ocelot.
Fact Worth Knowing: The cocoa beans are grown in the rainforests of Virunga National Park in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The project within Virunga National Park supports indigenous communities, women farmers and forest regeneration. The park is also home to the last Mountain Gorillas.
